The Data Action step in our Architect flow is failing when pushing IVR disposition data to ServiceNow via REST API. The payload validates against the schema, yet the ServiceNow instance rejects it.
Has anyone seen this specific 500 response when using the incident table endpoint? The request logs show no syntax errors.
