Architect flow conditional split metric discrepancy in performance dashboard

the conditional split node in our main ivr flow is logging 12,000 entries in the conversation detail view, yet the supervisor performance dashboard only reflects 8,500 successful routes. the environment is eu-west-1, running the latest platform build. this variance is impacting our service level calculations significantly. are there specific filtering criteria applied to the dashboard metrics that exclude certain split outcomes, or is this a known data aggregation lag issue?
