Built a Data Action calling a custom endpoint for screen pop data. The external service takes ~5s to process, but the Data Action fails after 3s with a generic timeout error. The docs mention a timeout config, but I can’t find where to set it in the Architect flow or the JSON definition. Tried adding headers, no luck. Is there a hidden property in the request object to bump this limit? Running out of ideas.
