AppFoundry WebSocket drops and audio lag with Cognigy

Looking for the right way to handle WebSocket disconnects in an AppFoundry widget talking to NICE Cognigy. The connection drops every 60 seconds, and audio latency spikes right before the disconnect. Is there a keep-alive setting I’m missing or a specific SDK method to force a reconnect? The logs show a clean close with code 1000, but the audio buffer is full.
