No online training, reading the deployment guide and following the steps should be enought, i didi it once and was not hard with a SAP guy beside me.

I am following the deployment guide, everything on genesys side went fine, But we are not sure what configurations Should be done at SAP side. Please forward me if you have any docs related to SAP configuration on [email removed].

On SAP side they should only configure their objects, maybe if you give them the Genesys guide they will understand what has to be done.
