I have 2 companies (multitenant) and muntisite.
what licences i need to install for that the firts company in your SCI don´t seek the other company and the other sites.

Hi, DSanchez,

Genesys license are a real pain in a rear end and it depends if you want to use IVR, routing and so on. Are you going to use just t-servers or will you also use DataMart, CCon, URS, or anything else “fancy” ?

Does anyone know of a EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND document out there?
