I have a Avaya Agent call a Avaya RP - which routes the call to SIP server RP.
A strategy is loaded on the SIP Route point.
I have Play announcement block calling a URL to playing a wav file
the events look good
RequestPlayTReatment & TReatmentApplied
However no sound heard for that treatment.
MCP logs has this
" Header Information of the media is not conformed to any media type supported "
Any idea what this means?
I am playing a wav file.
Anyone faced with similar issue? if so how did u fix it?
