Hi all,
The aim of scenario was call transfer between 2 operators:
- operator1 and operator2 are log in to IWS
- I perform inbound call from cell phone and press 1 to connect to operator
- call is routed to one of these operators (operator1 or operator2) and operator rejects the call
- client should wait to accepting call by one of the operators and be connected automatically
- call is routed to second operator and this operator accepts the call
But in step 4 client has to press 1 again and after that the second operator is able to accept the call - I think it’s not correct behavior.
Here is my strategy:
Customer => Annoucement => Choose Menu => Targer Group
How to fix this scenario
