Does anyone understand why the /v2/analytics/interactions/query endpoint returns a 504 Gateway Timeout specifically during trunk failover events in AP-SE-2?
Background: Managing 15 BYOC trunks. Primary trunks report correctly. Secondary carriers in Singapore trigger the timeout.
Issue: Requests fail only when active trunks switch to secondary providers. Primary paths work fine.
Troubleshooting: Verified SIP credentials and outbound routing. No issues on the carrier side. SDK version 4.12.0.
