Architect flow fl-9941-mv2 runs v2024.02.1, but the WebSocket handshake drops the SDP offer before the INVITE leaves the trunk object. Logs show the carrier SBC rejecting the codec negotiation with a 488 Not Acceptable Here, and the failover logic won’t trigger since the trunk stays in a degraded state.
