AI Handoff Latency Impacting WFM Real-Time Adherence

Can anyone clarify why our Genesys Cloud AI bot handoffs are causing a 45-second delay before agents are marked ‘available’ in the WFM dashboard? This gap in America/Chicago is severely skewing our real-time adherence metrics. The Architect flow logs show the transfer completes instantly, but the WFM status update lags significantly.
