How can i add multiple agent in Configuration Manager ?
I tried to do it by the Config Database but if i do an Insert the base is locked.

Editing the config database is often a very bad idea, you must interact with configuration via the supported interfaces.
It’s been a while since using CME, but if I recall correctly, you need the Management Layer Wizard, which is a separate install. With this installed you go to CME, right click on the persons folder, and find “Range of Agents” under the “Wizards” section.
you can use xml along with the wizard to do it
