Back about 7 years agao I developed a browser application that used the Genesys ActiveX control and client-side javascript for an agent desktop. Does Genesys still support the ActiveX control with the latest solution offerings?

ActiveX (TLibrary) is still supported but no longer developed (currently in EOL - End Of Life - phase). The latest version is 7.2 so features presented in newer releases (7.5 and higher) won’t be supported.
