How do we provide access to GAX to Supervisors.
They should be able to login and adjust the routing parameters …, they shouldn’t have permission to stop/start or change config on any app
i created a new role and new access group, what permission should i give so that i can accomplish the above.
Also i tried to give permission directly on the app through security tab..it didn’t work
If you are using GAX to configure roles, in the tab “Assigned Privileges” there is a section CfgGenesysAdministratorServer/OPM which stands for Operational Parameters. In the GAX-current-user-book documentation, read chapter “Operational Parameter Management”

Quick question: i was able to figure out the way to get access to gax, now i am trying to find way to provide access to wav files for messages through transactionlists
