A4400 Hold, Mute, Monitor functions

Hello,

We are using Alcatel A4400 PBX, Alcatel 4004 phone sets, and genesys 6.5.

The Hold, Mute and Monitor functions are not working via TServer.

We programmed the extension in the PBX to 4035 phone set and the Hold function is working now but the others are not.

We have the following error messages in the TServer log:

423253/20/03 15:19:12.218 Trace GenAppSrv1 TServer_A4400 GCTI04541 Message RequestSetMuteOn received from 692 ( regular DesktopToolkitX )

If we have 4004 phone set programmed in the PBX we get the same error for Hold.

The Genesys support doesn’t able to provide any solution since last December… (as usual)

Any idea?

Thanks

Szimi

If your DNs are created correctly, this would be a switch setting problem.

What your PBX administrator says about that?

Which version (software) is your PBX?

The DNs are standatd extensions with switch specify type 1.

This is a post from 1970! ;D Well more than 4 years old actually.
Do not revive so old threads.
Open a new one and post correct information like LOGS!! and check your TServer guide for supported functionality over TLib
