6.1 OCS Options

In 5.1 Campaign Manager there were two options “progressive_blending_reserved_agents” and “predictive_blending_reserved_agents” which could restrict the system to only make an outbound call is say >3 agents were ready to take the call.

How can this be achieved in 6.1 OCS as these options are now obsolete?

Hi Vic,

we’ve just had a response from genesys support, and apparently these options have been reintroduced into OCS v6.1.000.22 which we have now installed just have to see if it works!
