GET /api/v2/analytics/queues/ranges returns 403 Forbidden. Environment: Genesys Cloud v2024.02, Paris region. The service account holds the Queue Viewer role, which should permit read access to queue analytics. The request includes a valid OAuth2 token with analytics:queue:read scope. The payload specifies a start and end time within the last 24 hours. No custom permissions are blocking this. The Architect flow triggering this call fails silently. Is there a known permission matrix conflict in this release?
