Excellent work! The articles were very well written (except for the guy who was mumbling about SIP, of course!) and I have decided to laminate it and make sure that it is prominently displayed at our entrance along with other Genesys paraphernalia!

Received mine today as well. I saw that the envelope originated with Royal Mail, was a bit disappointed because I was expecting a 10M Pound check from a Nigerian prince I met on the Internet that promised me that he would be sending my money out of London ASAP now that I had loaned him the measily US$2,000.
I read through it in one sitting, enjoyed every second of it too. Have mentioned to Max Ball at Genesys that he and and Rob Marchand really need to give you a nice interview about GVP 8.0, 8.2 and 8.2.1. Having the roadmap out to end users and their engineering teams would be a great plus for Genesys, and they would probably get a better internal distribution through The Wire than through internal Genesys communications means. ;D

Thanks for everyone’s fantastic comments. As this was a group effort I’d like to thank everyone who helped in the first edition.
As for the second edition work has already started, as well as planning for editions 3 and 4!

I am in the US (Kansas) and just received my copy. I think it looks great, is interesting, and has some really good information (despite the quazi apology from the editor). I especially like the “An Interview With” section to see the different backgrounds and what lead people into the Genesys industry. Hopefully this will build leverage inspiration to continue to build on the Genesys Suite (sorry just felt compelled to use that).

Yes I do have a few ;). I am trying to filter out a few that I think might make the list. Although I think for the logo of the section you should have a bull doing his business with the red mark out circle around it (see attached)
