Genesys Rough Guides...

I am interested in learning Genesys Development, as I come from IVR/CTI Quality Assurance background. I have been testing these applications for quite sometime.

As a personal interest would like to start learning Genesys development. Could you folks please guide me the beginning point , what are the different things i have to learn. Do we have any training courses available .
