Telling me the cabling colours is a bit misleading, since they could be anything really perhaps trial and error would help you?
Again, I would also check your strategies and perhaps your default port/route (if you have one, remove it temporarily as you redial the 2 faulty ports, then reapply it after testing…)
There is not much else I can advise, without getting my hands dirty!
